At DB by Dotti Barrios, all products are made to order through our print-on-demand partner (Printful).

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items Contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@dottibarrios.com with photos. We will replace or refund at no cost.

No Returns for Size, Color, or Change of Mind We do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection, color preference, or change of mind. Please review our size guide before ordering.

Lost Packages If your package is lost in transit, contact us. If confirmed lost, we will reship or refund your order.

Order Cancellations Orders cannot be cancelled once placed, as production begins immediately.
