Do you ship worldwide?

Yes — we ship worldwide from Canada. Free shipping is available based on your region:

🇨🇦 Canada & 🇺🇸 United States: Orders of $250 CAD or more
🇪🇺 Europe, 🇬🇧 United Kingdom, EFTA & 🇦🇺 Australia/NZ: Orders of $300 CAD or more
🌍 Rest of the World: Orders of $350 CAD or more

Orders below the threshold have flat-rate shipping calculated at checkout.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 7–15 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

What is your return policy?

Because every piece is made on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or change of mind. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace it or issue a full refund. Visit our Returns Policy page for full details.

How do I find my size?

Check our Size Guide for detailed measurements. DB pieces are generally true to size. For oversized styles, we recommend sizing down if you prefer a more fitted look.

Are your products sustainable?
