Returns & Refunds

We stand behind every piece we make. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Print-on-Demand Model

Every DB by Dotti Barrios piece is made individually once your order is confirmed. Because each item is produced exclusively for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or change of mind. Please review our size guide carefully before ordering.

Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will replace it or issue a full refund at no cost to you. To file a claim, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@dottibarrios.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product, packaging, and label
  • A description of the issue

Claims submitted after 7 days or without sufficient evidence may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and production reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Swimwear (bikinis, one-pieces, rash guards)
  • Accessories (hats, bags, slides, beanies)
  • Sale items (final sale)

Lost or Undelivered Orders

If your order has not arrived within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, contact us to open an investigation. Replacements or refunds are issued only when the carrier confirms the package is lost or tracking has not updated beyond the maximum delivery window. No refunds are issued for incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Cancellations

Because production begins immediately after payment is confirmed, we do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed.

Approved Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer and are outside our control.
